We were all told as youngsters that carrots will make us see in the dark, and it’s not entirely untrue! We hear almost everyday in the media that ‘we are what we eat’, and what you so eat will definitely have an impact on your body – including your vision.

We all love a little treat now and again, but you should make an effort in trying to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It’s never to make healthy choices and changes if necessary in your food and supplement intake.

Your eyesight can be negatively affected by over-consumption of highly refined and processed foods containing lots of sugar, sodium, and artificial flavours and additives. Fresh, organic fruits and vegetables have the essential vitamins and minerals necessary for the health of the eyes, body and brain!
